Sam Kline

Before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial MECA, Sam Kline worked for 10 years as a project manager and estimator for large construction firms throughout the Mid Atlantic States. He successfully managed millions of dollars in commercial construction varying from large institutional buildings to small retail up-fits and everything in between.

Concentrating his efforts in Gaston County, NC,  Sam’s intimate knowledge of the construction process is a major asset when assessing and selling commercial real estate for his clients.

A graduate of the nationally acclaimed Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Emerging Broker Training Program, finishing #1 for the 2017 class. Sam was also an All-American wrestler for West Virginia University where he was voted Team Captain twice during college tenure. 

Additionally, Sam was a Resident Athlete at Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO prior to starting his professional career and starting a family. 

Sam currently lives in Belmont, NC and has three strong, smart, and beautiful children: Camryn (18), Jackson (12) and Tyler (12).  In his spare time, Sam loves to Mt.Bike, Snowboard, and spends time volunteering as a Board Member with the Mt. Holly Chamber of Commerce.
